Single Face
The first step in the production process of cardboard and single-faced cardboard sheets. Single face is a continuous system that produces in bulk. This system works in the following way: First, rolls of paper enter the single face, at this stage, the paper is prepared by heat and steam before entering the single face cylinder. The single face is a part of the Crogit machine that turns the paper into a flute by creating a series of arcs. These arcs are created by large rotating cylinders in a wavy shape that create grooves in the single face. There are different thicknesses for each type of flute (A, B, C, E, F). In this part, starch is applied to the tips of the flutes on one side, where an inner layer is glued to the flute, producing a single face.
Double Face
The second part of the carton making and sheet production process is the part of the machine that attaches the top of the sheet to the single face and consists of two parts, the machine throat and the blanket. Basically, this part attaches the top layer of the sheet to the outer part of the sheet following a process similar to the step above. During the course, the product is heated to ensure that the adhesive bonds, gels the adhesive and removes moisture.
Cut and longitudinal line
In this stage of making cartons and sheets, the folding line of the carton door and its related cutting are done, due to the high precision required in this part, precise tools are used.
Cutoff (Cutoff)
The produced sheet is cut according to the orders with millimeter precision and in the desired length. The cutting range can be from 600 to 3000 mm.
Stacker (Baccin)
The produced sheets are sorted and arranged on pallets for storage. This is the last step in the process of producing cartons, sheets and cardboard sheets, after which the produced products will be transported to the desired destinations after a short period of time in order to reach the same temperature as the environment.
